Terms and Conditions

We will make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your accommodation and that your stay is enjoyable, however to ensure your satisfaction and that of any other guests that may be staying on the premises, we ask you to read and agree to the following terms:

Bookings
When you make a booking and we confirm that booking, a contract is established. That contract will be between us and the party leader making the booking. The party leader must be over 18 years of age, and will assume responsibility for the whole party. You must not allow people, other than those booked into the accommodation to stay in the accommodation, or to change members of your party without prior consultation.

Damages
Unfortunately accidents do happen and we would ask you to pay for any damage, and breakages other than normal use. We can accept no liability for any business losses suffered by you, or any liability for accidents, injury and personal property.

We advise you to take out a comprehensive holiday insurance policy.

Payment for Bed and Breakfast

Payment one or two nights is upon arrival by cash or cheque. For three or more nights please pay as for courses, see below.

Payment for Courses and Cottage
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the fee is required when we confirm receipt of your booking, either by booking form, e-mail or phone. This can be paid by PayPal (www.paypal.com) or by sending a personal cheque via registered mail. Contact us for any further information on payment methods. We will then confirm your reservation upon receipt of your deposit. The balance to be paid no later than 30 days in advance of arrival. For late bookings the total is to be paid upon receipt of your booking.

Bedding and towels for the Gite

Bedding and towels are not inluded for the gite. This is in order to allow families who wish to bring their own bedding to economise on the price. We can provide a pack of bedding for 9 euros per bed, and bathroom towels for 6 euros per person. Please let us know in advance if you would like this service and include it with your balance payment, or in cash or by cheque upon arrival. Tea towels, kitchen towels and table cloths are provided free of charge.

Check-in for the gite: Saturday from 4 pm Check-out: Saturday before 10 am but this is flexible where possible so please contact us.

I am sorry but we do not have facilities to accept payment with bankcard or creditcard on site.

Cancellation Policy

· If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or more before the date of reservation, the 50% deposit is forfeited.

· If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less before the date of the reservation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire rental fee will be charged.

· If you wish to change the dates of your booking and it is possible for us to do so, no additional charges will be made.

· If for any reason beyond our control we cancel the reservation and no alternative accommodation offered is acceptable to you, we will refund the entire amount paid in advance to us.
