Les Trois Chênes Chambres d’hôtes is situated in the Department of Haute-Vienne, within the Parc Naturel du Perigord-Limousin in SW France. We offer painting courses for beginners and those with more experience, including drawing, watercolour, acrylics, pastel, mixed media and jewellery-making with qualified and experienced teachers. We also organise holidays where you can visit local food and wine producers and enjoy our rich, regional cuisine.
From Videix you can visit many beautiful and historic towns: Rochechouart, Saint Junien,
La Rochefoucauld, Limoges, Angoulême and Perigueux.

Our guest house and gîte (holiday home) provide excellent accommodation of a high standard. Registered with Gîtes de France, we have four rooms in the Bed and Breakfast and can welcome eleven guests. Our three bedroom holiday home will be able to accommodate seven guests in 2010. All our rooms have private bathrooms or shower rooms.

What to do in Videix
There are plenty of things to do within 15 minutes drive from Videix. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the many quiet roads and paths pass through beautiful countryside and lead to pretty villages. You can swim and sunbathe at Videix beaches or hire kayaks, pedalos, canoes, sailing boats and wind-surfs at Videix Lake. There are two riding stables nearby, an adventure play centre and many farms to visit. Hunting and fishing are great local pastimes, (fishing permits are cheap and easily available) and only half an hour away there are two golf courses with full facilities. There is something to please everyone in the family.
